How to order and use our Shopping Basket System

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

To make your online shopping experience as convenient as possible, we have a simple menu and clear sections to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

• Payment types.:
Although we accept cheques, for your convenience we also accept most credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. You will see the options buttons in the shopping basket window, simply select cheque/other or card.
We do not charge your card through this website though. The online order simply collects your order, card details etc for us to view before calling or emailing you to confirm your order and delivery details.
Only on confirmation of these do we then charge your card. Please read 'Shopping Cart' below to read further details.

• Shopping Cart.:
Our catalogue features an advanced shopping cart system and your details are encrypted using leading software.

When you see an item you want to purchase, click your cursor in the small box to the left of the description with the zero '0' in it and type the number of that item you require. Then select from the dropdown menu what size you require if clothing, t-shirts etc and click the 'Buy Me' button. You can close the shopping basket window and continue shopping or go directly to the checkout.

You may view your selected items, change quantities or even cancel your order by clicking any of the 'View my Basket' links found throughout each page, changing the quantity of any or all items to what you require or changing them to zero '0' to cancel any or all items. You then click the 'Recalculate' button below and changes will be displayed. Please remember though, that we do not charge or process your card until we have contacted you to confirm your order and arrange delivery. There is a small box in the shopping basket window asking for your contact telephone number and most convenient time to call.

• Postage & Packing.:
Postage and Packing is charged at a flat fee of £3.50 for orders under £250.00. Orders with a value of £250 or more are delivered FREE.

Prices quoted are for delivery within the U.K. but we are happy to deliver anywhere. Please contact us for overseas deliveries.
